I had the opportunity to facilitate a dynamic focus group with a diverse group of stakeholders, working collaboratively to conduct a thorough needs assessment aimed at supporting elderly residents as they age in place. Through this process, I extracted data from project management platforms, using Tableau to visualize key trends and patterns in the quantitative data, which provided meaningful insights into project performance. Additionally, I applied qualitative coding methodology to analyze the thematic patterns present in the qualitative data, helping to uncover deeper insights into the residents' needs and experiences. Drawing on these findings, I developed tailored recommendations for each stakeholder, aimed at enhancing the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the program. This was done through a careful application of impact evaluation methodology, ensuring that the program’s goals were being met and opportunities for improvement were clearly identified.
